NOTE:

Due to past experiences with customers, the following MUST be noted:

• Any cancellations 24hrs before delivery would result in your account being blacklisted.
• If the driver calls you upon arrival to the address you provided and your calls go unanswered, your account would be blacklisted. 
• If you confirm delivery with the driver but then change the delivery address within 24hrs of delivery, your account will be blacklisted. 
• If you pay the driver less than the value of your total order, would result in your account being blacklisted. 

 

• Customers have 24hours from placing their order to cancel delivery. 

• If a customer chose payment on delivery but cancels within 3 hours before the driver arrives, will not be allowed to place another order in the future. 

• Orders without payment within 24hours, are cancelled by our team. Orders are not reserved for longer than 24hours without payment. 

We accept returns only if all criteria below are met:

(1) Within 24hrs of receipt of order

(2) The package is not broken

(3) The item is unworn and not broken 

(4) Provide proof of purchase

 

If all of the above is  not met, no returns are done.
